PowerSMS for Mac

PowerSMS is an application to send SMS messages to mobile phones over the Internet! PowerSMS sends SMS's (Short Message Service) through the http://www.mtnsms.com webpage. This program has several advantages over the webpage though:

• Ability to send a message to multiple recipients.
• PowerSMS has an outbox to keep track of sent messages.
• PowerSMS has a phone book

  What's new in this version:

  • Changes to reflect Mtnsms's changed daily SMS limit
  • Now available in a Carbon version, which means you can run it natively under MacOS X!
  • Preferences storing changed slightly, to comply with future versions of PowerSMS (nothing is stored in resource forks any more, which is needed for Windows compatibility). The preferences are stored in the system's preferences folder now. This also means that older versions of PowerSMS cannot read the preferences
  • Minor bugfixes
