    "Okay but with some flaws"

    Version: PowerPoint to Flash Converter 2

    Pros

    Seems to be the same company as veryDOC (I tested the one from veryDOC). Reasonable price. Worked for the most part on a simple 3 slide ppt test file. Simple and straightforward to use. Nice controls on the outputted flash file.

    Cons

    For some reason it lost one of the graphics on one slide. Transistions weren't very faithful to the original, but I could overlook that.
