Version: PowerPoint to Flash Converter 2.20
Cons: Unable to open any ppt document. After I uninstalled it and replaced with one from it's competitor the problem was gone.

Version: PowerPoint to Flash Converter 2.20
Pros: I liked nothing about this software. It has been a miserable waste of time.
Cons: There is no customer support, FAQ or Help function. All I get is an error when I try to use the tool. I am uninstalling. (Running PPT 2007)

Version: PowerPoint to Flash Converter 2.20
"Timings off, but it does fine with images, text and audio"
Pros: Free to try. Converted images, text and embedded sound files well. Reduced file size, in my test, to 1/6 of its PowerPoint size.
Cons: In my test, the timings were way off from how they were set (and ran) in PowerPoint. Also: this is a 15 day trial version that plants a prominent watermark. Their prerogative of course, but it would be nice to see in the listing before downloading.

Version: PowerPoint to Flash Converter 2.20
"Quickly makes compressed shockwave files, in 3 formats, from within PowerPoint."
Pros: VERY fast converter. Output worked perfectly on my forum, using each of the file types it can convert to. The interface is perfect for any novice user. (This is actually the first program I have given feedback on over the past 6 years using Download.com - I liked it that much) There are no limitations on the trial, either.
Cons: I had one issue, which very well may have been operator error, in that the text from one of the .ppt files was not translated into the .swf file. On my way to the manufacturer's site to see if it is a setting issue.

Version: PowerPoint to Flash Converter 2.20
"Much promise to the name, but that's it."
Pros: It seems very handy since it fits as an add-on to the MSpowerpoint. It even has its own tab.
Cons: All it does is tell me to save the project before it converts. It doesn't do anything else.
Summary: Not worth it. I uninstalled this add-on five minutes after I installed it.
