From CooolSoft :Power MP3 Cutter (MP3 Sound Cutter) can cut out any piece of sound from big MP3 or WAV sound files easily and quickly. It does not use much disk space for the WAV data, and the interface is simple and intuitive. The newest version added professional mode for music cutting, and supports more audio format such as WMA, OGG, APE, CDA.
Version 2.5 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Pros: This small program does exactly what I wanted, which is astounding because I actually paid for something that did what it said it would do!!!!!
This is perfect for Videos and soooooo simple for ringtones.
PERFECT for beginners...very easy to manipulate...no excess "hairy" baggage!
I'm still scratching my head in amazement at the simplicity....just what I wanted!

"Excelent Give what they Offer"
Pros: Easy tu USE (Too easy), works fine. The cut work fine in my phone also.
Cons: doesn't have a equalization tool. This would improve the application.
