From SQL Maestro :PostgreSQL Maestro is a Windows GUI solution for PostgreSQL server administration and database management. PostgreSQL Maestro supports all the latest versions of PostgreSQL from 7.3 to 8.3, and all of the most important PostgreSQL features, including tablespaces, dollar-quotation, connection limits, enabling/disabling triggers, out and in/out function parameters. It allows you to create, edit, copy, extract, drop all the database objects.
What's new in this version:
Version 8.10.0.1 has remote database management via HTTP tunneling, significantly improved data import wizard, updated trigger editor, and a lot of other useful things.

Version: PostgreSQL Maestro 8.10.0.1
Pros: I really like the easy, intuitive and productive user interface and feature set. I am also evaluating a number of other products for PostgreSQL database design and maintenence but thus far SQLMaestro stands head and shoulders above the rest.
Cons: I'd like to have a calculator for numerical columns.
