"Excellent. Have used it for 5 years now on various systems."
Pros: Clean system. Settings allow clearing of browser cache and history automatically when closing browser. I really like the program.
Cons: Some features are redundant after upgrading to XP Pro from 98SE but that's still ok.

Pros: Downloaded and followed directions, found it, clicked on it and Pssst- its gone. Nowhere to be seen (atleast I couldnt find it). But I assume it still there and working.

Pros: It used to work fine, or at least previous versions. Now, when clicking on a link or after doing an MSN search it crashes or rather restarts IE 6 instead of displaying the next page. If I disable it, IE doesn't crash. Uninstalled and re-installed to no avail. No longer a favorite. As well it doesn't block some back popup pages.
Cons: Tyhe toolbar options/settings rather than in the tray.

Pros: Blocks ads very effectively, allows you to choose sites to allow ads/cookies from, very customizable.
Cons: Up until recently, it would clear the browser history, files, etc as I set it up to. Suddenly, it doesn't do this and I'm not sure why. I've had the program for a couple years and haven't changed these settings. Even reinstalling the program is not effective.

"company no longer in business?"
Pros: we have had the product for many years. it is very customizable. it no longer works tho.
Cons: as of 2009, attempts to contact support have not been answered. also filed bbb complaint with no response back from company.
Summary: we recommend another product at this point since the developer (edensoft) appears to have gone out of business.
