From Ricardo Batista :Pop-Up Zapper is a shareware application for Mac OS X that helps you by "zapping" away those annoying popup windows when you surf the web.
Pop-Up Zapper watches the work of your web browser and when it identifies a pop up window (or pop-under) it makes it invisible to you and then closes it. Occasionally you may see a window flash really fast before it is zapped. You can look at Pop-Up Zapper's counter on its Dock icon to see that it is working. Pop-Up Zapper 2.0 makes popup windows invisible to you and it requires Internet Explorer. Play a user or system sound when a window is zapped. You can add your own zap or allow locations.
What's new in this version:
- Pop-Up Zapper version 2.0 now features invisible popup windows!
- Reset the trial date so people who tried it before can try version 2.0
- No more automatic data updates, since we know exactly what is and what isn't a popup.
- The customize functions changed, you can allow popups for certain web sites being the front window.
