From PopUpSentry :Pop-Up Sentry blocks all types of advertising including pop-ups, pop-unders, Flash ads, rich media, fly-in and slide-in ads, spyware ads, and messenger ads. It blocks more than 1,500 major spyware and adware programs, Trojan horses, and home-page hijackers. Automatic updates keep the application current at all times, and the program completely cleans your cache, cookies, and browser history. Pop-Up Sentry also blocks sponsored search ads on Google, MSN, and Yahoo and optionally blocks annoying ad banners. The program is easy to use and contains no spyware, adware, or any other harmful software. Sponsored-ad and banner blocking is now available under the advanced options and is off by default.
Version 2.0.1100 greatly improves the spyware scanning and removal capabilities. Blocks new forms of floating ads and improves the user interface with user suggested enhancements.

Version: Pop-Up Sentry 2.0.1100
"Good Popup Blocker, But Some Issues"
Pros: IT is an excellent popup blocker. Actually I didn't think there were any around that would do such a great job.
Cons: Although it worked great when browsing, it had some problems working on my system. Win 98 2nd edition. Mainly when I restarted the computer. Then tried to open any application, the app wouldn't open, I would do ctrl alt del, and it would say PSentry not responding. I tried it several times and the same thing. Also would not let me right click the icon in the task bar to open the program. Unfortunately I have to say goodbye to this program. I wished the publishers could fix the problem because it is the best Popup blocker I have tried.
