From PopUpSentry :Pop-Up Sentry blocks all types of advertising including pop-ups, pop-unders, Flash ads, rich media, fly-in and slide-in ads, spyware ads, and messenger ads. It blocks more than 550 major spyware and adware programs, Trojan horses, and homepage hijackers. Automatic updates keep the application current at all times, and the program completely cleans your cache, cookies, and browser history. Pop-Up Sentry also blocks sponsored search ads on Google, MSN, and Yahoo and optionally blocks annoying ad banners. It's easy to use and contains no spyware, adware, or any other harmful software.
Version 1.0.1052 now blocks more than 1,000 spyware, adware, malware, and other harmful software components. Sponsored-ad and banner blocking is now available under the advanced options and is off by default.
