What's new in this version:

PocketC forms are resizable (main, output, and compile)
Added two new events - resize, and redraw
Added a sample to demonstrate handling the resize event
Added CControls to the distributions
Modified CControls to draw controls with system colors
Added secondsx() to convert a date/time into seconds
Fixed compatibility problems with memo, address, and todo databases and the T5 (and similar) devices
