From Plaxo :Plaxo Contact Management Software keeps your address Plaxo is a tool that enables you to automatically update your address book in Outlook and Outlook Express. You no longer have to worry about whether your contact list is up-to-date. You choose which people from your address book you want to get updated contact information from--you can choose as many or few people as you like. It sends a simple e-mail message to each of these people, showing the contact information you currently have in your address book on them and requesting them to correct the out-of-date information. The replies to these e-mails are processed by Plaxo and automatically inserted into your address book. You will receive notifications as the update replies come in. As your friends and contacts join, you will be automatically kept up-to-date--no e-mails necessary.
