From Nattyware :Pixie is an easy-to-use, fast, and small color-picker designed specially to fit the needs of Webmasters and designers. To run it, simply point to the color and it will tell you the RGB, HXQ, HTML-ready, CMYK, and HSV values of color. You can then use these values to reproduce the color in your favorite programs. Pixie also has built-in color mixer, mouse tracker, and magnify snap options.
In version 3.0, tray popup behavior was changed to "double click", the magnify snapshot area is 32x32 now for best handling of icon images, the magnify ratio was decreased to 1:7, and more.
