From KALiNKOsoft :Instantly add game pad and joystick support to any computer game with Pinnacle Game Profiler. This software allows you to emulate your keyboard and mouse with your game controller, and otherwise customize the controller's behavior. Many PC games do not directly support game controllers, but with Pinnacle Game Profiler you can use any controller to play any game. Games that normally require an awkward keyboard and mouse control system can now be played with your favorite game pad or joystick. Create your own commands or use the built-in Pinnacle update feature to download pre-made command sets and configurations. This software gives you the power to tie simple or complex keyboard sequences to each of the buttons on your controller, even create rapid-fire commands. Pinnacle offers many features, such as the ability to map walk and sprint combinations to a single joystick, and auto-detect game profiles.
Version 2.6 includes several new features including force feedback support.

Version: Pinnacle Game Profiler 2.6
Pros: it detected most of my games and displayed it in a list
Cons: The program didn't work very well with my joystick, it's better just to use Windows to calibrate the joystick and then go into the options menu on each game and change the settings from there. I won't continue to use it.
