Publisher's description
From Zabersoft :Grab, download, share and organize Flash, Quicktime or any other video, pictures or files you find on websites in a single click.
Use this Download Manager, IE or Firefox toolbar and FloatBar to grab pictures and movies, zoom pictures in your browser and share stuff.
SLAPfiles is a major feature of PimpFish and is a new, open, portable XML format which lets you share multiple downloads with just a single file. SLAPfiles come with online tools such as a YouTube Video downloader and other tools which help you rip video websites. A free online SLAPfile storage service is included.
PimpFish has a Windows Media Player plugin to help you in saving stuff which plays in Windows Media Player. Take advantage of picture-recognition technology and powerful filtering to help you get the pictures and movies you want. PimpFish works with password-protected sites and is optimized for Windows XP. It has a very easy-to-use user interface and a walkthrough to help you get started
Version 0.4 adds a feature so you can save all your downloads to one folder instead of organizing files based on domain name and page.

"Does what it says, but is not what I looked for"
Pros: It can grab all pictures u currently see on your opened webpage.
Cons: Doesn't have a size limitation what-so-ever. Sadly doesn't scan linked pages or the entire web (was what I was looking for)

"Handy utility BUT not fully compatible with Firefox"
Pros: Logical & easy to use, For those using Explorer you can have some fun with this easy to use add on.
Cons: Unfortunately Pimpfish is only compatible with Firefox 1.5.*.* and below. Those who use a later version of Firefox i.e. ver 2.0.0.4 will have no joy :(

"Can do stuff TubeSucker can't & vice versa. (but I still prefer TubeSucker)"
Pros: A very nice piece of software. Lots of power. Overall, it is excellent and I give it 5 stars. This can do several things that TubeSucker cannot do, ...and vice versa. Pimpfish can get all kinds of files from the internet cache like MP3s. TubeSucker can get videos from any website from the cache, but not pics or mp3s. But it is just the way TubeSucker works that swayed my purchase to that one instead of Pimpfish. Pimpfish is more of cache raider type thing. TubeSucker is more a integrated platform for YouTube Video Downloading specifically. The main difference to me is that the file names that are downloaded with TubeSucker are nicer, and the url links to the filenames are stored in a database. That enables you to easily email the youtube URL link when you are playing the files and come across a good one. Just click a button and an Outlook Express email is created with link already in the email. That is a really nice feature for me because I can send youtube video links to friends. Both programs do so much it takes a while to learn all the features. The other thing that got me to buy the TubeSucker one was that I can point it to my MP3 directory and it will go and retrieve videos for each of my MP3s which is extremely cool. You can also opt to get live in concert versions of each of your MP3s. I found the coolest videos of classic rock hits on youtube that way. I would have never taken the time to go look for them. They are both cool pieces of software. It depends on how you like to work and what your needs are. If you want to download MP3s from websites, then clearly Pimpfish is your choice. I like them both, but I bought Tube Sucker. I hope this helps someone.

"Very usefull with minor improvements needed"
Pros: User friendly and intuitive. Integrates seemlessly with IE.
Cons: I would like an option to also automatically grab pictures from second level links
