This easy-to-use Web site picture-download toolbar unfortunately doesn't always download all of the displayed images.
Pictures Toolbar adds a single line of buttons and a text box to Internet Explorer. Open a Web site and click a single button to get this utility to download every JPEG and GIF on the page. You can easily change options--to download select file formats, or choose only images from the same server as the start page. However, you can't set Picture Toolbar to ask those questions each session. Picture Utility calls each download set a gallery, and you can browse galleries of images though the toolbar's browse buttons. Pictures Toolbar makes it easy to add or delete image control buttons, but you can't change their order.
We had some trouble getting all images downloaded from select Web sites. The program often seemed to follow its own whim rather than the set options. Still, this freeware image downloader should suit IE users with a need to quickly grab images off a Web site.

"THIS PROGRAM IS OUTTA CONTROL...PERIOD AND I WOULD NEVER BUY IT"
Pros: I LIKE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THIS PROGRAM. IT HYPES BUT PERFORMS OUT OF CONTROL. IT HAS GOOD VISION AND A DREAM BUT IT IS NOT READY FOR LAUNCH AT ALL FULL OF NEEDED TWEAKS
Cons: THIS PROGRAM PIC GRABBER GRABS PICS ALRIGHT, BUT IT NEVER STOPS GRABBING. IT'LL LEAP FROM LINK IN YOUR TARGET PAGE GRABBING PICTURES AND CONTINUE TO LINK LEAP TO MORE PAGES SEEMS LIKE NEVER ENDING. I BET IF YOU DONT HIT STOP BUTTON IT'LL GRAB EVERY PICTURE ON THE INTERNET. AND YOU CANNOT FILTER OUT ALL THE JUNK WEB SITE DESIGN PICTURES EITHER. YOU GET EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING. THE OPTIONS PANEL IS A COMPLETE JOKE. SOMETIMES IT'LL LET YOU DOWNLOAD TO YOUR SELECTED FOLDER AND SOMETIMES IT WONT. THIS PROGRAM PERFORMS BLINDLY AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THERE IS NO UNINSTALLER THAT I COULD FIND AND IT SPOOFED MY START MENU AND ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS WHICH STRANDED ME WITH A USELESS PROGRAM THAT I COULD NOT KICK OFF MY SYSTEM. ULTIMATELY I HAD TO DISABLE THE ADD ON AND USING ANOTHER PROGRAM KICK IT OFF MY EXPLORER TOOL BAR THANKS TO SCOTTY WINPATROL. THE PROGRAM HOWEVER STILL RESIDES IN MY SYSTEM SOMEWHERE AND I WANNA TEAR IT OUT SO BAD I CAN JUST TASTE IT. IT'S JUST SIMPLY BETTER TO RIGHT CLICK AND SAVE YOUR PICTURE SELECTIONS
