PictureScaler is a batch processing tool for optimizing image sizes. PictureScaler allows you to resize, (lossless) rotate and set a target file size for your pictures. It will also convert between various image formats, create thumbnails and retain digital camera data (EXIF). Configurable presets can be used to save time and resize reproducibly.
