The PictureEffects is a REALbasic plugin to do picture manipulation on 32bit images. The plugin is supported on PPC, Carbon and Win32 target platforms. Main features: Brightness,Brightness, Contrast, Color Filter, Hue, Saturation, Lightness, Gamma, Blend, Rotate, Flip Horizontal, Flip Vertical, GrayScale, Invert , Sharpen, Smooth, Blur, MotionBlur, Edge Detect, Emboss, Pixelate, Mean Removal, Custom 3x3 matrix filter, Twirl, Wave, Surface Wave, PageCurl and a ProgressProc class for every filter. The PictureEffects also supports masking for most of the effects.

What's new in this version: Made improvements in a base algorithm which delivers speed improvements to all of the algorithms in the plugin.
