From Lonking Software :Picture Resize Genius includes the ability to batch resize pictures, batch resize photos, and perform batch image resize functions for the purpose of e-mail and Web sites, or just to save space on your hard drive, or whatever reason you might have. The resizing allows you to force a specified width or height and keep the proportions, or define fixed image dimensions. Besides, Picture Resize Genius can add a text overlay (watermark). You will be able to process thousands of files in a few seconds.

Pros: It also seems to be very good on my Vista Ultimate system. No matter how many free alternatives I try, I always come back to it better then other free options & I've tried many..
Cons: I have no complaints. It does what I need it to do
