PicSay's free, fun app also handles photo-editing basics like color temperature, contrast, and funky effects, though it does lack other tools like cropping and sharpening, which you would expect to be shoo-ins. Sharing your creations through e-mail and social networking sites is a big draw; choosing from multiple picture resolutions makes it practical.

"Easy too use but rich in features"
Version: PicSay for Android 1.3
Pros
Easy to apply wide range of features and to undo whenever necessary. One touch uploads work quickly and well.
Cons
Better if it displayed large photo folder with most recent pics first to avoid unnecessary scrolling.
Summary
Great to apply effects on the fly.
