Photo Cutter provides users with one of the fastest cropping tools we have ever tested. Simple commands and lightning-fast results make this a program that users of all levels can appreciate.
The program's interface is an excellent single-screen layout that users will understand almost instantly. All the elements are clearly labeled and intuitive to operate. An online Help file gives a brief instructional rundown for those needing a little guidance. Cutting a picture is a simple process that should only take a few seconds. Users select the file folder and photo they'd like to begin with using the onscreen file tree. Next they simply click and drag a box around the photo to make a crop. Finally, users select the output destination and the file type and the job is converted instantly. The new file is a clear and well-cropped shot. The program's finest feature is a small check box that allows users to instantly preview their work. As soon as the user creates the crop box, the preview image comes up on the screen, allowing users to instantly fix mistakes.
With simple controls and great results, this freeware program should appeal to those who need to make fast adjustments to their pictures.

- If you have nothing better to do but fix your broken OS, download thisCons: I got conned into downloading it after the editors gave it 5 1/2 stars ????? are you Kidding me editors ??
Summary: Garbage software, don't download it. It hung my OS and required a rollback. It did load ONCE and doesn't do much that 150 other better imaging softwares out there do... do yourself a favor and by pass this.!

"Disappointed in the way this program was Implemented..."
Pros: Unknown, because once it advised me, (during the install), that it was going to be monitor my personal Internet activity, I immediately uninstalled it. (Don't recall any Cnet advisory about this fact before downloading it to try it).
Cons: Internet based program - Ugh! (Enough said right there). This program will failure for that very fact alone, but during it's install they state that they are going to monitor your Internet activity in exchange for the use of their"free" program..!
Summary: I'd rather download crippled shareware products, (and try them out BEFORE I buy them or use full versions of them..), before using using any product that wants to monitor my personal Internet usage 'in exchange for' using their program via the Inte... read more >>
