All things considered, this application makes a decent tool for designing photo collages. Setup goes smoothly enough, despite the large installer (packaged in a 13.7MB ZIP file). You use the icon labeled Image to open folders full of pictures, or you simply browse your PC using the Explorer-like file tree. Photo Collage supports most major image formats, though it won't let you work with TIFFs. The main window provides features for rotating, copying, and pasting images. Clicking the Process icon lets you make tweaks such as adjusting a photo's brightness, contrast, and gamma. You'll even find a few basic effects and filters. You can add frames, masks, and text to the generated collage, change the color scheme of the background, and insert any type of image file into it. Folks with a creative slant are likely to find Photo Collage worth a look.Publisher's description
From iFoxSoft :Photo Collage is a collage maker that is capable of creating photo collages, desktop wallpaper, CD and DVD covers, and miscellaneous Web graphics. You can select a favorite photo as background, arrange multiple photos on the paper, then apply operations to them, such as rotating, resizing, adding frame, changing position, and changing overlay order, and merging them into background with mask templates. This collage maker does not reduce a photo's pixels when it resizes and rotates photo, this ensures high quality of your printed collage. Its feature of arranging multiple photos on a paper lets you save expensive paper, because you can print many photos on a paper.
Version 1.42 fixed bugs of dragging and dropping png files into collage.

Version: Photo Collage 1.42
"It is really good!!!! I like it. I used it to make a cool collage for my son."
Pros: It is really cool! Yesterday I made a collage with several pictures. It is easy to use and have lots of wonderful frames and cliparts, and the photo frames can be used flexibly.

Version: Photo Collage 1.42
"DO NOT buy this junk program! It's easier to do it the long way."
Cons: When I tried to print my collage, it printed, but was way too large for the paper. It took 2 sheets and there was nowhere that I could find to resize it to fit the paper.(they later emailed me after I asked for my money back and told me that they would fix this problem!!??!) I had to open it into my regular photo editing software and resize several times before I was able to get it the right size for printing. A total waste of my time, since I could have done it easier in my regular photo editing software. Oh, and when I wanted my money refunded because I couldn't use it for the intended purpose, they sent me a key for another photo editing program (which I have absolutely no use for) and begged me not to ask for my money back! Poor program and poor service. Spend your money elsewhere.
