Lets you take a message for someone who is unavailable or out of the office, and send the message to them by email. This eliminates 'Post-It' notes, phone message pads and the like. PhoneMessage hides in the tray and pops up on a single click. To hide it again, just hit [Escape]. PhoneMessage requires that Window Messaging be installed. If you use Inbox or Internet Mail as your mail client, the outgoing phone messages will be listed in your 'sent mail' folder. Using the program is easy, with a drop down list of message recipients, and check boxes for all the common message types.
