After we had to restart twice, we began to wonder whether this movie tie-in game would be worth the hassle. While the demo is too short to fully evaluate the game's attempt to recreate a cinematic experience, playing as the mighty ape does offer serious fun.
The demo includes two missions from the hybrid adventure. The first-person mission, "Chased by T-Rex," has you (as hero Jack Driscoll) fighting off a T. Rex with a rifle while fellow adventurers open a gate. In the third-person mission, "Kong vs. T-Rex," Kong fights a nasty T. Rex; swings through the jungle chasing love object Ann; smashes little dinos with a giant log; then takes on two prehistoric reptiles at once. In brief, the Driscoll mission is lame, whereas the Kong mission rocks. Battling dinosaurs as Kong mostly requires extreme button-mashing, but we give the developers credit for using the mouse wheel in a fighting game.
The graphical style is attractive and immersive, much like a dark, exotic cartoon. The third-person effects while fighting as Kong especially impress. After you've landed on the pair of dinosaurs hassling Ann, try jumping onto a ledge, then slamming back onto the unsuspecting anachronisms. Take that, extinct creatures!

Version: Peter Jackson's King Kong demo
Pros: This game has a very easy gameplay and is easy to learn. The graphics are killer.
Cons: You tend to get stuck half way through the game.

Pros: first person and 3rd person combined in a game makes it fun to play. I prefer palyin as kong as you can smash the little dinos out of their heads as they pound in to attack. I hope i get the full version dude as it is much fun playin the full version as in the demo.Man this game is damn cool
Cons: wattabout the control. Unique as u can say. U have to press spacebar throughout if want to arm the puny little gun as it is useless in the demo(i just shoot for fun). ANYONE TEACH MI HOW TO ARM A SPEAR AND THROW IT AT THE FREAKIN BIG LIKE HELL T-REX AND HOW TO GET THE PILLAR OUT OF THE WAY IN THE KONG'S MISSION AFTER I CRACK THE SKULL OUT OF THE FIRST DINO'S HEAD.(Though i keep hittin the right mouse button and the pillar juz wont fall off or something.) SOMEONE PLZ REPLY SOON

Pros: The atmosphere in the game is mind blowing! When the T-Rex roars right in your face u get totally freaked! Super Graphics and sound!
TWO Thumbs Up!
Cons: The levels are a bit short but definitely worth it. A bit lame how King Kong can jump a kilometre! Seriously he never falls to his death if you point him in the right direction! Controls take a tiny bit of getting used to.

Pros: its a good game its got nice graphics
Cons: It lagged i dont know why my graphics card is probably unsupported
i got 3.00 GHz CPU, ATI Radeon 9550 256MB, 1024MB RAM and it lags that kinda sucks becuse i heard its a great game... *sniff*
