Version: Perpetual Wellbeing 4 Steps to Ageless Sex-Appeal 1
Pros: Nothing
Cons: This is just a pdf that makes wild claims about improving sexuality and pushes you to subscribe to their website and / or become a pyramid seller. Absolutely appauling.

Version: Perpetual Wellbeing 4 Steps to Ageless Sex-Appeal 1
"Basic Info in between a sales letter."
Pros: This PDF file contains some myth busting about diets and fitness. The average person will not know some of the basics that this guide explains, for that its good.
Cons: You must first get through 8 pages of sales letter before you get to the contents page. Once at the contents, you get basic information on each subject but nothing amazing. The book ends trying to sell more products
