Pegasus Mail is an electronic mail system for Novell NetWare systems and for standalone systems that use a Winsock TCP/IP interface. This full-fledged mail program includes many useful features, such as a spelling checker, support for Unix-formatted mailbox files, easier POP3/SMTP setup, and support for mailing lists. Newer features included support for the IMAP4 protocol, templates (user-designable forms), filtering improvements, address completion, a Resend option, and numerous improvements and updates to the user interface. Version 3.12b corrects a number of small problems, including a late-breaking Y2K issue in the rule processing engine.
