Version: Parental Filter 0.25
Pros: Nothing
Cons: After downloading this, I went to re-boot my PC, and came to a blank desktop. After spending about 2 hours on the phone with Dell computers (and $70) to see what could be done, I got a tech that found the solution to restore the PC...from the other reviews here. Don't know why this happened, but ths program is not worth the hassle it has caused me today. I would have given it 0 stars if there was a way to do it.

Version: Parental Filter 0.25
Pros: I was not able to run the product, as the workstation I tried it on crashed.
Cons: Installing this software may cause a systems failure. If your machine crashes, Use CTL-ALT-DEL to launch Task Manager. Select File\New Task, then enter Control Panel. Select Add/Remove software. Find Parental Filter icon, click once, then select Change/Remove. Confirm uninstallation.

Pros: okei i like that this is a free software..
but then . . .
Cons: okei when i sintalled it, it looks fine until it asked to restart your PC to update its programs. when i did that, windows cant' start. until i have to delete Parental Filter via Task Manager, restart it again, then it will start. be careful might not work on some PC like mine

"Install at your own risk - be sure to set a restore point!"
Cons: This software sounds good, but once the installer has completed and your PC has restart, it would not allow me to progress pass the Windows Login screen - even in safe mode!! (I have XP SP2 with up-to-date security updates)
Make sure you set a restore point prior to installing. If you cannot start your computer, please search for Microsft Knowledge Base article 304449 to start the System Restore tool from the command prompt.
