  "best security suite out there"

  Pros: doesn't slow down the system when scanning,detects unknown virus by reading the code,reads the contents of rar files,zip files etc
  optimises system performance

  Cons: the price of the product

  "Panda's answer to Norton360"

  Pros: Good set of tools to fix PC performance issues. Webpage blocker is worth the price of admission if you have little ones. If you have a new computer, doesn't slow it down.

  Cons: Doesnt work with otherantivirus installed (Though I later found out it was pretty complete so it didn't matter that much). Difficult to contact customer service through phone (eventually I did, though)

  Summary: It seems that Panda believes that an ounce of prevention is worth several pounds of cure. Its expensive but if you have kids, the web blocker is a godsend, you just set the kids up with a default profile that blocks bad sites and let them loose. T... read more >>

  "Kept me up and running, no infections to date."

  Pros: I like the new user interface and the ability to quarantine and send files to panda. Protection against unknown threats and downloading a new dat file before each scan make this the AV 'killer app'.

  Cons: Activation took longer than in previous versions. Panda's website and documentation are a bit cryptic if you haven't used them before. No support for Windows 2000 or earlier machines.

  Pros: Detects more than common antivirus
  Cloud scanning technology
  Great customer service
  Doesn't require a powerful computer
