Pros: Its free.
It gives you some new skins for AIM.
Gives you chat logging for AIM.
Tabbed IM'ing.
A host of other features you can find in your favorite AIM addons like the defunct DeadAIM.
Cons: Are you that serious about AIM/IM'ing that you need to have this running?

Summary: The description is somewhat incorrect. Palfun cannot clone. I find that it crashes frequently. The tabbed windows are nice, but it is difficult to tell which tab is blinking.
