From PIMEX Group :p>PIMEX MailExpress is a free bulk e-mail software that gives you a powerful and efficient way to reach your customers and contacts. Each message can be personalized using a simple text or HTML template, so all addressees will receive letters intended for them only. Messages can be previewed and edited before they are sent out. Every e-mail job can be interrupted and restarted at any time. If there are any delivery failures, the program will resend messages simply with one mouse click. The program imports lists of e-mail addresses with optional parameters in text or CSV format, and requires a SMTP Server.
Version 4 adds BCC Method, Windows Vista Support, SSL Connection Support, Sending E-mails to Selected Destinations; Advanced edition can now send File Attachments.

"Not entirely Without Limitations"
Pros: PIMEX has other good products so this one might be good too. The price for the full version is $ 39.95 which isn't bad.
Cons: From the company's website: "Note: This free edition of PIMEX MailExpress has two limitations - it can only import up to 200 e-mail addresses at a time, and cannot send attachments. If you would like to send more messages, you can buy the advanced edition of PIMEX MailExpress for $39.95. Once your payment is processed, we will email you your personal code, which will automatically convert the program to advanced edition. The advanced edition of PIMEX MailExpress can send up to 20,000 e-mail messages at a time, send file attachments, BCC every e-mail to up to 100 destinations (using BCC Method) and allows to Backup/Restore the program workspace."
