This application provides real-time information about system resources and throws in some extras for good measure. PCSummarizer 2005 concisely displays a profile of your computer's processes, including OS name, system uptime, memory load, and CPU usage, via a simple, skinnable reporting interface. The application runs in the system tray and enables you to quickly get detailed profile information on any running process, including its status, running time, priority, and ID. You also can close any process with a few clicks, although the application strongly warns you about the dangers of killing a program in operation. Additionally, PCSummarizer 2005 can execute Windows shutdown operations. Information-rich for novices and intermediate users, this easy-to-use freeware would make a good addition to your PC tool chest.Publisher's description

Version: PCSummarizer 2005 2.6
Pros: It provides a bit of info.
Cons: First, it is very intrusive on desktop real estate. Can not be minimized to systray. Has a window button on startbar and an icon in systray. Displays easily available info in a box on the desktop, that's about it. It's basically a waste of time.

Cons: Avast hates it. Gave me a chance to remove it before it could do anything.

Pros: A very basic system info utility. ( Which can be ~good~ for many users and in some scenarios ) This is NOT an advanced system utility. Provides data beginners and intermediate-knowledge users will find helpful, though.
Cons: Interface and installation (SEE: below).
