Version: PC Tools AntiVirus 3.1
"PC tools is a virus scanner that behaves more like a virus"
Pros: It's free.
Cons: This software disabled Internet Explorer. I had a very hard time connecting to the internet and I had to use Mozilla Firefox to surf the web. Whether this was intentional or just by bad luck, the instructions were not very intuitive on fixing the problem. I had to uninstall this software in order for me to use Internet Explorer again.

"The program has a problem that needs to be fixed."
Pros: As for me I didnt find ant pros,but that is just
me,I didnt get pc tools antivirus to work wright
on my computer.
Cons: After I downloaded it I had a hard time of
connecting to the internet.Sometimes it would
connect,but it took for ever to connect,and
sometimes it would not connect at all.I left it on
my computer all day to figure out what was wrong.
Finally I deleted it,and then I connected to the
internet with no problem.

Pros: Was quick to find any trohan based inside of my system and does have the ability to delete and quarantine. I like that in a antivirus when no other I have tried has come close to finding this trojan or any other problems.

"overall, i am content with pctools antivirus"
Pros: its FREE! it does what it claims and keeps me (so far) virus free. its very easy to use, especially if familiar with any other pctools products (i.e.spyware doctor)
Cons: does slow down internet explorer sometimes...even locks it up occasionally. dont seem to have trouble when running i.e. for64 bit tho...

Pros: Its Free
Cons: With this software installed I cannot use my USB Drive. I can use the same USB Drive after uninstalling the software.
