This application rapidly scans and locates errors and junk files that may be hindering your PC's performance but this trial doesn't fix what it finds. PC Pitstop Optimizer is quite user-friendly, thanks to its step-by-step guide that scans your hard drive for temporary files, cache, and junk files left in the Recycle Bin. It promises to adjust Windows and Internet settings to speed up and improve your computer's performance by clearing your Registry of invalid entries. While we were impressed with its speedy output, the software's ability to clean up and optimize PC performance requires registration. With its trial limitations, you might want to drive past this trial if you want to actually optimize your machine.Publisher's description

Pros: PC PIT OPTIMIZE can make your computer operate faster if you want to spend $29.99.
Cons: CCLEANER can perform all the same functions to make your computer operate faster and smoother for free.

Pros: Nothing positive because I didn't work.
Cons: Could not even get the program to load. It kept getting hung while loading - I'm running Vista home premium.
Summary: Just a waste of my time.

"There are much better programs"
Pros: It works (more or less), and installs OK some of the time.
Cons: There are much better programs than this, that have been used successfully by millions of users. To name a few: IOBit Advanced Systems Care (Free for home use), Glary Utilities, Tune Up Utilities 2008, CC cleaner

Pros: There are NO Pros!
Cons: Why pay for a good defrag engine?!?

"Blocked Internet explorer, Kept Charging my Credit Card"
Pros: Can't say anything good.
Cons: Blocked Internet Explorer from connection to the internet
