Version: PC Image Editor 1.1

"Defective - Don't download!!"

Pros: Nice looking interface; user friendly

Cons: Program will not open ANY images in ANY format. Company will correct in their next update. I cannot understand why they would release a program whose major function is inoperable!

"Just like Paint program in Windows"

Pros: This program has a nice BLUR effect.

Cons: It doesn't allow touch-ups of photos or pics. Occassionally it gives trouble when opening a file - have to shut off and back on again. Some tools don't work at all. I do not recommend this program.
