"Easy to use and lots of options"

Pros
An excellent program overall. Very easy to use and tons of options. Every parent should buy this.
I especially like the option to set schedule limits for individual websites, which I use to restrict the amount of time my kids can spend on myspace and facebook. This is such a useful feature that I don't know why more Internet filters don't include it, but my research has shown that this is the only one that has it.
Cons
They don't have phone support, but their email support is good enough to make up for it. Not only are they fast, but they even answered my questions on a Sunday.
