Even the fastest PCs need a kick in the rear now and then. PC Booster provides several utilities for optimizing your system, though none of them blew us away with their power or ease of use. The Auto Tune feature lets you install key changes with several mouse clicks (unfortunately, it doesn't apply tweaks in the trial version). Other features stress test your computer, free up RAM, and speed up your Internet connection. The Advanced Tweaks tab provides access to some hidden system settings (most of which you can tune without PC Booster if you know which Registry settings to change). The interface has an attractive, modern appearance, though we found the fonts too small. PC Booster isn't bad, but it's a bit limited, and at around $35, not much of a bargain.Publisher's description

Version: PC Booster 5
Cons: Every time i run this program my Windows XP shuts it down and sends info to Microsoft to investigate the causes. I haven't been able to use it once. I've repeatedly written to Inkline Global customer service, receiving only computer-generated answers and promises that "A technical/customer support personnel will attend to your case shortly". Nothing like that ever happened.

Cons: Little help with the ram, in fact when I looked up task manager found this application to take up a lot of memory!

Pros: Well it ´says´ what can be improved. Very vage like ´Menu speed will be ajusted for faster response´ No details.
Cons: Well when you want to optimize it the ´trail´ is over. So it is no use when you want to try the software
Summary: No use, waste of my 5 mins. I want my time back!

Pros: PC Booster is great software to enhance PC performance but dont waste time on the trial version....get it free here.
