"Good dictionary entries, poor user interface"

"USED THIS DICTIONARY AT THE COLLEGE"

its downloading successfully but exe is not working properly. its show some messages "A newer version of this installation is on the server. Please re-download this installation" so i was finding this link. but i'm not able to do this. plz help me. wht shd i do?
