From OnlineCall :

OnlineCall is a user-friendly Internet program that tells you who's online at all times. OnlineCall does the searching for you, alerting you in real time when friends or colleagues sign on (see a screenshot). OnlineCall lets you share files of all types with your buddies, and send URLs and offline messages. You can also chat, using either the video conference or voice chat feature. Additional features include an e-mail checker, online status modes, automatic update notification, and more.

This version has a new layout, improved audio quality, advanced chat utilities, and more security functions.
