Version: Online Armor 2.1.0.30
"Exceptional firewall, HIPS combo"
Pros: I have used this firewall on my XP box for several months and it has been simply a wonderful product. Online Armor has a powerful firewall and HIPS combination which will prevent intrusions to your computer better than pretty much any firewall, paid or free. And OA also ranks #1 in leak tests on matousec.com. The #1 ranking has been reserved for only the "leak proof" elite of firewalls - Comodo, Jetico, Outpost, Zone Alarm. But now Online Armor takes the top spot.
There are many other features of this product as well. It has a "run safer" option which allows you to have some programs (such as IE, Outlook, etc) run with less privileges. This helps prevent malware from making changes which could infect your computer. The firewall logging and options are also very helpful.
Finally, the support at Tallemu.com's forums is second to none. The CEO of this product is Mike Nash and he personally answers question in the forum nearly everyday. How many top notch products can make that claim?
Cons: This product is not yet Vista ready.

Version: Online Armor 2.1.0.30
Pros: The best one that I ever have used, excellent process guard and HIPS detection.
Much better than Comodo Pro, doesn't slow down my computer like Comodo does. I can't believe it's free
Cons: After your first install, you have to run the setup and reboot twice. The first two reboots take awhile, after that your system will run like a charm. Just is no big deal since all firewalls have to be setup, anyway it also scans your system with Kaspersky during the setup, that's why it takes so long.

Version: Online Armor 2.1.0.30
Pros: Been looking around and going back and forth between firewall until I stumbled on this one which was just updated the other day for the better. Low footprint, easy install and once setup doesn't keep asking for permission like other walls unless it's areal intruder. Passes all hacker tests on site and is right on top of the list(even ahead of Comodo). Not bad for a free one. Hope it stays that way. Pro models look good enough for a look and integrated with Kaspersky Anti Virus which is ranked right on top.
Cons: nothing yet

"Light but powerful HIPS/Firewall"
Pros: Lightweight but powerful, came top when tested recently by matousec (go to matousec.com then click leak test results page).
It's also actively being developed, and has superb support.
Cons: Not yet Vista compatible - however this is currently being worked on.
