Pros: Small messenger which is all-in-one and do handle all of my needs. I use it now everyday.

"Terrible UI, No Help System, No Configurability"
Pros: Nothing
Cons: - UI is crude, unintuitive and less than minimalistic
- Help system does not work on Vista
- No way to configure proxy/firewall settings. Heck, no way to configure anything except account information
