Full-service, flexible, and fast, Offline Explorer Enterprise is a real find. Through a highly configurable interface, you can save anything from individual Web pages and online photo albums to entire sites. A host of downloading options helps eliminate hiccups, such as proxy-server support, connection control (for simultaneous connections and bandwidth limits), internal dial-up, (which disconnects when finished and resumes broken connections), scheduling, and Web-browser integration.

You have the option to retrieve only updated files, to exclude directories via a convenient site map, or to drag missing pages directly from your browser. Additional filters can weed out unnecessary content depending on file type, size, specific URL, server, and domain. A built-in browser helps you view retrieved sites or search for new targets. The program also lets you create easy-to-share e-books in the CHM format. Moreover, it supports command-line control to enable integration with other software, such as third-party schedulers, and you can build your own offline browsing tools using OLE automation. The tool lives up to its enterprise label and will surely satisfy professional users.
