This confusing program displays your drives' performance, but offers no details on the results and will send you scrambling to the help file. O&O DriveLED has a skinnable but small toolbar crammed with nonintuitive icons. Each icon represents a different disk drive on your computer, and the icons appear in one of four colors based on the read or write activity on that drive. The application also displays the hard drive's temperature. Double-clicking any icon shows you the content of that drive, but you can easily get that information through Windows. On the negative side, you must restart your computer for the program to work. Also, using O&O DriveLED seemed to slow down our systems; we can't be certain this program is the culprit, but we're quite suspicious. While you'll get a display of your drives' activity, you won't get enough information from this application to warrant its download.Publisher's description

"i like the graphic but few options"
Pros: it's a simple soft just a few clicks and you'll find it all about it.
Cons: i don't like that he doesn't put in taskbar an icon who show the temperature of hard disk.to see it i have to go to desktop every time and depend where i choose to put in the window that blinkin led go to mouse in that way and a tinny window will apear.also i like to have more options to analyze the healt of hdd like other soft.

"Install went fine, kept freezing when program started."
Pros: Looks nice
Cons: Not sure was not able to use it
Summary: It would see my hard drives but never would run, it kept freezing (Not Respsonding) after starting so I could not fully use the program. I use WinXP Svc PK 3 with all updates. I am a computer tech.
