"Shady Company - Wouldn't Buy"
Pros: The trial version worked great, until you actually want to recover something.
Cons: I downloaded the trial version of the software to recover some corrupt files. It appeared to find them so I bought the full version to recover the files. Not only did they double charge me for the software, but the password they sent me for access rights did not even work.
Ever time I emailed them about the double charge, they would tell me that it would be taken care of shortly. It was never taken care of, and now it's too late for my CC company to recover the loss.
