Version: NuSphere PhpED 5.5
"Easy setup - great debugger - better than Zend Eclipse"
Pros: In my humble opinion, the best PHP IDE you can get for any price. It has a solid debugger, integrates with NuSphere's Encoder, DB connectivity, CVS integration, ... use it and compare it side-by-side with any Zend or other IDE and you will agree.
Cons: Hard to criticize, I would wish for better SubVersion support (which can still be used less conveniently through the shell-menu).
