Pros
With Lotus Notes, it was superior to sync the NAB and calender. As of V8 of notes, it does not work and crashes your desktop client requiring a complete re-boot.
Cons
It DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED and NOKIA REFUSES TO FIX IT. They want to force OVI suite which only backs up your phone to NOKIA's web page. No real security and it does not sync with NOTES.
Summary
Don't waste your time if you are dependent on LOTUS NOTES.
NOKIA ---- GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER and fix your product. -

ease of use as well as ease of installation and removal. Drag & drop is okay but could be better

Sometimes my phone isn't detected but that might be a hardware problem.
Summary
The product functions as advertised. It allows your Nokia device to be connected to your computer and allows you to backup & edit contacts, photos and other media with ease. Fair UI but can be better.
