From Anders Petersson :No Hands Backup creates an exact dublicate of your selected folders and files somewhere else. The files and folders are copied and the filesystem on the destination will be an exact image of the original one. When run again, only changed files are updated. Perfect to use with CeQuadrat Pacet CD. Version 2.0 allows for larger backup sets, enhanced automation, greater stability and more secure and compatible installation.
