Version 3 has new look toolbar and rulers, unicode support (UTF8, UTF16 and UTF16 big endian), column select using alt key, insert symbol as hexadecimal value or HTML decimal code, delete all lines that don't start/end/contain a given string, and convert all tabs to spaces or all spaces to tabs.
