From Pmcc :News Messenger allows you to read Atom and RSS feeds and can even HTML pages so you can read headlines from sites that don't support syndication. Features: supports Atom 1.0 and all the various RSS feed formats, automatic discovery of RSS feeds for a particular Web site using drag and drop, support for proxy servers, uses GZip encoding and HTTP conditional get to reduce bandwidth utilized when downloading feeds, view tag clouds of subscribed feeds, ability to show news thumbnails, and OPML support. Version 4.0 adds Czech language and Right To Left support, includes speed improvements and bug fixes, and feed items with comments now have a different icon and show the number of comments on a tooltip.
