Version: Network Magic 4.0.63
"Great Program, makes networking easy"
Pros: It simple four-tab interface is intuitive and friendly, and the installation only takes minutes on each computer. It runs in the background, calling attention when there is an intruder or other alert (windows update available, antivirus update needed, firewall off) for any computer on the network. The 30-day trial of the premium version is a great preview of what you get when you pay (file and printer sharing, plus remote access), but you can STILL USE IT after 30 days, just without those paid functions, which is still VERY useful. It has an intuitive internet-connection repair tool and can remotely change wireless router settings.
Cons: There was no problem with this program, though i would like it if printer and file sharing were made available in the basic, non paid version.

"Solved all my home network issues"
Pros: I was struggling to get a home network to work. I tried this program and it made it so much easier to visualize the network and got the whole thing working in minutes. I love it and bought it.
Cons: Can't think of anything.

Version: Network Magic 4.0.63
Pros: Clean interface, simple wizards
Cons: Confusing links instead of buttons, file sharing is premium?!? This is a commercial product, the description is not accurate. It's crippleware and stops working after 30 days unless you pay $25-$40.

Version: Network Magic 4.0.63
"It does work well but there were a couple suprises..."
Pros: It does indeed setup you home network in minutes and even alerted me that well the fire wall and WPA were turned off for ease of setup my neighbor decided to connect to my signal, it sent me an INTRUDER alert. That was cool. This was something I was hoping would help me manage my home network because I know how to set up. I have 3 PC's and a Laptop so I feel like an IT Manager somedays. It's good for the basics, no doubt.
Cons: Once you install it changes all of the settings in your computer so Network Magic is the only program that you can get asstance from if you lost a coneection etc. The Windows and in my case Netgear (mfr of my wireless equip) Wizards and even the "search for available networks" was disabled. I had an issue and needed to reconnect and couldn't do it. Instead well in a hurry I had to navigate new software to figure out what to do. I didn't like not having a choice.

Version: Network Magic 4.0.63
"terrible, with catastrophic results"
Pros: seemed ok when installed. Just OK.
Cons: Do not use windows installer to get it off your system...I did and now my network connections are in a sham. I am normally prety good at home fixes and can get around most problems butthe crap this freeware has caused has really stumped me. I now have an unconnectable laptop...my network cards are disabled and if I run network connection wizard then it insists the cards are disconnected..tried uninstaling drivers etc and reinstalling and no luck...will need expensive fix tomorrow..not impressed at all with this product, absolutely the worst item I have ever downloaded....worse than a number of virus's..because at least I fixed those!!
