Followed standard steps but could not get the program to function.

Pros
tiny .exe file so this is not a robust Program, but it will support Win 98, which I have on my Laptop.
Cons
no uninstall option. You'd have to delete files from Win. Explorer. Very few options to config.; not sure if this Program does what it's suppose to do. Firewall?
