A professional edition is available which allows import and export of other application's cut lists, as well as time code specific cuts. Any MPEG video format supported (MPEG-1/MPEG-2).

Version: NanoPEG Editor 3
Pros: simple user interface, good functionality. precise frame position setting.
Cons: short of some complicated settings. probably needs some improvement for GUI, since they might not know how to work with the software.
better have a compression engine built in.
